Nike SB is redesigning the SB dunk sole and what better way to prepare for the future, then take a look back at the past. More after the break.
The SB book chronicles the start of the Nike Dunk in 1985 all the way to the 2011 redesign. The Dunk started as a humble basketball shoe and in 2002 it joined the SB family. Now in 2011 the sole of the shoe has been redesigned with a better grip pattern, the EVA midsole has been replaced with a Phylon midsole and it’s lighter and thinner.
