*BONUS* Back To The Future Shoe Blog

Today is the 25th Anniversary of my favorite trilogy, Back to the Future Trilogy. In honor, I thought I would talk about the Nike used in the movies, or as they were called (in part 3) Nee Kay. First up is part one shoes. Marty is seen throughout most of the film wearing Nike Bruins in white with red accents. These are classic Nikes used for skateboarding and are still part of the Nike SB line. These shoes are very simple, but man do they pop, the bright red on the basic white really looks good with medium was jeans. These are very hard to find in this color, in my size, but I have found an alternative. The Nike All Court Low in, you guessed it, white and red. The difference being the have the traditional orange Nike name and swoosh on the tongue. This feature really makes we want the shoe even more than the original. Now on to the Future!!

This is the one everyone has been waiting for, literally. 1989, Back to the Future Part 2 came out and everyone got a glimpse into our future. Taking place in 2015, we saw flying cars, hoverboards and a powering lace Nike. That blew mine and every others kids' mine. I could wait for 2015 to get here so I could have a pair of power lacing shoes. There actually name the Nike Air Mag and were only special made for the film, they were recently sold in an auction and are valued from $12,000 to $15,000 (cheap). These are most likely the one of rarest Nike shoes you could ever own. If, like me, you can't drop that cash you can try and find the Nike Hypermax Marty Mcfly; which look surprisingly like the shoes from the movie. You can pick these up for a fraction of the price, $750 to $850 (still not cheap). That's only if you can find a pair and the moon and stars have aligned, but I am sure the world would just end at that point. So good luck surviving to wear these shoes. I am just gonna wait 5 years until the real Nike Air Mags drop, until then I always have the trilogy to watch and drool. To be Continued...or Concluded or whatever it says in the credits.
