Wednesday Rant - Going Cheap on Clothes
So I understand people are holding tight to there dollars these days and spending extra money on clothes just doesn't seem reasonable. I say untrue! Lemme give you two example on have spending a little extra money on clothes can benefit in the long run. First, lets say you buy some expensive jeans, for example, some Diesel jeans. The jeans are high quality, which means very well made; plus they will fit better and last way longer. You normal pair of jeans can last for a 1-2 years and then you gotta by more pairs; you will end you spending more than one pair of high end denim. The higher priced denim, with proper care, can last up to six years. Here's the second best part about buying expensive denim, you can resell jeans on eBay or to consignment shops. Depending on the rarity or brand can really effect the value. Most people hold on to their jeans for a while and if you take great care and hang on to them, them can even sell for more then you bought them for. So next time your in need on new jeans don't just settle for any regular pair, make a good investment and buy the jeans that cost a little more, because you never know what the future holds.
